week 1: Dreaming with the golden cosmic hive
🐝 1. Create a Sacred Dreaming Space & Set a clear intention
What it is:
Setting aside a dedicated, intentional place or atmosphere for dreaming — a “dreaming temple” — invites your unconscious to respond.
The ancients used sacred sites for incubation dreams; you can create your own sacred space at home by clearing physical and mental clutter and inviting quiet presence.
How to do it:
Choose a quiet room or corner of your bed.
Clear the space (clean sheets, objects that feel restful).
Add items that feel spiritually significant to you (flowers, beeswax candle, honey, feathers, crystals, images of bees or guides).
Set an intention: our first week together we are working with the intention to dream with the bees and to activate the Golden Cosmic Hive of remembering.
Why:
Intentional dreaming and dream incubation work when you focus the heart, mind, and body on a specific question or theme before sleep.
Suggested practice:
Journal for 5–15 minutes before bed:
“Tonight I intend to dream about…”You can place a stone or a sacred object every night on your sidetable when you set the intention to help you embody that you are willing to recall your dreams in the morning (and also your journal).
You can place that stone back in your altar every morning, so that action to place the stone on your sidetable can help you body to remember the intention.
If any night during the time together you are not feeling the intention, that is totally welcome. You can choose the nights that you want to focus on these intentions.
Also, if you do not feel the call to dream intentionally, you can also connect with the Golden Cosmic Hive of infinite possibilities in a Shamanic journey, dancing, meditating, breathing…
Always journal because we will weave our messages together on February 20!!!!
The invitation is that you find the practice that works best for you!!!
📝 2. Dream Recall and Journaling
Immediate recording makes meanings visible — dreams are ephemeral and symbolic. Consider journaling as soon as you wake:
Sketch, write words, feelings, shapes.
Note images, textures, emotions, even if unclear at first.
Don’t censor — sometimes the magic is in the unexpected detail.
If you do not recall anything, you can write down how you feel and keep the intention alive to dream with the bees and the Golden Cosmic Hive of remembering.
🤝 3. Dream Mirroring and Sharing
We will weave our dreams together with the Neptune-Saturn conjunction on February 20 so we receive collective wisdom, magic and insights to keep moving forward as a human family, a tribe, a family…
If you do not remember your dreams, do not worry, journal also regarding your Breathwork experiences in the Golden Path, any synchronicities and open yourself to the magic surrunding you in every single moment of your waking or dreaming life.
